OCTOBER 11: Mark your calendar for our next general meeting on Friday evening, October 11th. The meeting will be at the Rutgers EcoComplex in Bordentown, NJ (see address below). We will start at 5:30 pm with some food (likely pizza and salad), refreshments and social time before kicking into our agenda. This will include an educational session on ruminant digestion by Dr. Tess Stahl. Presentation will include an overview of ruminant anatomy and some of the differences between ruminant species. It will also cover information on what it takes for young animals to successfully develop into fully functional adult ruminants.More information to follow in the weeks ahead.Address for the ECO Complex:
